Hi Sarah! Sounds like you had a lot of practice with transfers during your rotation. When I was in my acute care rotation, I saw a lot of the same things that you mentioned. The OT was really just trying to maintain their strength and function. I am also excited for the older adult OCP course because I'm excited to learn some new interventions to add to my toolbox. Also, I need to review Peds information and assessments as well before level II fieldwork! Maybe we can get together and practice!!
